Bigger, Faster, & Stronger?
Boys may be bigger, faster, and stronger, but one thing they are not is more fierce and determined. Women have continuously been degraded in sports and only recently in the past few decades have they been recognized. Men have always been seen to be the ones to "take charge" or be the leaders and its not that women have not been leaders or taken charge but they have not been given the same opportunity as men have. For example, women are only given 45% of college athletic scholarship money. That really impacts the mental aspect of female athletes wanting to go to college and play the sport the love and strive in. And when women are given the opportunity or do great things its not always seen as the most important thing, even though to the women who have been working hard and pushing themselves towards their goal see as one of the biggest victories ever.

Leaving the aprons at home
Leaving the aprons and spatulas at home, women have been making a huge breakthrough in the workforce. This is all began to start happening during both World Wars. When the men were away at war somebody had to fill in the jobs, it was left to the women. Though when the men came back from war they expected the women to easily give up their jobs and go back to being a common house wife. Some did not agree with this, including men, they had begun to see that women had more potential outside the home than they were given credit for. Women were given a chance, a very small and unequal chance, but enough of a chance to make a difference.
